Nicole began her professional career with Dish Network, but following the tragic events of September 11, 2001, she made a significant transition and redirected her talents toward the healthcare sector. Upon her father’s retirement, she assumed control of the family business, honoring the longstanding commitment to delivering professional, high-quality, and detail-oriented services that thoughtfully cater to each client's unique needs.

Franklin Jones, a dedicated and retired military veteran, founded First Consulting over two decades ago. He served honorably in the United States Air Force, taking part in two significant wars where he contributed to vital operations. During his years of service, Franklin discovered a profound passion for technology, particularly in the fields of satellite communications and fiber optics. With more than 30 years of extensive experience in the cable and satellite industry, Franklin possesses a high level of expertise in designing QAMs and proudly holds a low voltage license. This certification ensures that our services are executed with utmost precision and a meticulous attention to detail. His professionalism, skills, and craftsmanship are evident in every project he undertakes, reflecting a steadfast commitment to excellence and quality in all aspects of his work.
